The following application checklist items must be emailed before your Family Interview and Student Assessment. Email: admissions@holyfamily.org * The subject line must include the student(s) last name/first name.
- 1 Family Photo
- Copy of birth certificate or Passport
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate and any additional sacraments, if applicable
- If Applicable, send the Preschool Evaluation Form to your preschool
- Grades 1-8, your student’s most recent report card and STAR Assessment, if available
- Transitional Kindergarten:Applicants must be four years of age by September 1, 2025.

- Please Note: Space for new students at these grade levels is limited. You may complete an application anytime to be considered for space as it becomes available.
- First-grade applicants must be six years of age by September 1, 2025
- Students must test academically ready for their grade level

- Most recent Standardized Test Scores / STAR Report
- Verification of birth certificate. We will make a copy for our files.
- Verify Christian baptism and any additional sacraments if applicable. We will make a copy for our files.
Waitlist Policies
The HFS waitlist will be valid for one year. Families who wish to remain on the waitlist should reapply each year. Once the initial application fee has been paid, HFS will not charge a new application fee. This does not apply to additional children applying for the first time. Families must bring their child in for a brief interview and assessment for each application year and submit up-to-date documents.

SCHOOL STUDENT NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY
The school, mindful of its mission to be a witness to the love of Christ for all, admits students regardless of race, color, national origin, and/or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. While the school does not discriminate against students with special needs, a full range of services may not always be available to them. Decisions concerning the admission and continued enrollment of a student in the school are based upon the student’s emotional, academic, and physical abilities and the resources available to the school to meet the student’s needs.
